Angie Spackman and Brian Paterson of Adullam International Ministries (AIM) were on the ground in Moldova the morning the Russian attack began. They and others could clearly hear the sounds of bombardment taking place just over the border with Ukraine.
Refugees soon began streaming over the border, and AIM has provided help in the following ways:
  • Transporting refugees from the Ukraine border to our homes near the capital city, Chisinau.
  • Housing and caring for refugees in our homes near the capital city, Chisinau, and in the orphanage we sponsor in the town of Cupcui.
  • Helping refugees plan their next steps, including helping them reach family in destinations outside Moldova.
  • Providing direct assistance to refugee centers throughout Moldova and in neighboring Romania.
  • Supporting other ministries and churches in their effort to help the refugees, giving supplies, funds and volunteer manpower where possible.
